License Agreement

Some video clips included in the project may be rendered together with other elements due to licensing restrictions. Any assets not expressly free-to-use or created by Brighter Churches are not able to be separated for individual use. The music in each project is fully licensed for use but is not approved for television or commercial distribution. Once rendered, these pieces may be used for streaming your services and re-uploading them as part of your service or sermon content.

Users can alter, edit, remix, or create derivative works from the downloaded materials, however, they may not be resold, gifted, or uploaded anywhere by themselves. Downloaded projects are licensed for use solely by the purchasing church or organization. They may not be transferred, shared, or distributed to other churches, ministries, or third parties.

All materials are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. By downloading or using the materials, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Brighter Churches from any liability, claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from improper use, distribution, or modification of the materials.
